The activation took place at a high-energy pool party designed to be a nostalgic celebration of 90s/2000s hip hop and R&B, showcasing Hoop Tea in an unforgettable environment. The concept aimed to encourage consumers to "put cans in hands" by creating an interactive, fun, and engaging atmosphere that resonated with the brand's target demographic.
The theme for the activation was a nostalgic summer party, blending 90s and 2000s hip hop and R&B music with engaging brand experiences. The overarching goal was to put cans of Hoop Tea directly into the hands of partygoers and allow them to engage with the brand in a relaxed yet exciting environment.

Branded Beer Pong Table: The custom Hoop Tea beer pong table served as the event's centerpiece. It was designed to engage attendees while maintaining the brand's identity. Teams participated in friendly games, receiving Hoop Tea products as rewards for their success.
Two DJs: A duo of talented DJs kept the crowd energized throughout the day by spinning a mix of 90s and 2000s hip hop and R&B tracks. The music created a nostalgic vibe, further immersing attendees in the pool party atmosphere while reinforcing the brand’s connection to summer fun and social gatherings.
Taco Truck: A fan favorite, the taco truck served delicious food that kept partygoers satisfied and in the mood for fun. It provided the perfect complement to the drinks, ensuring that attendees stayed engaged with the event’s offerings.
Mini Pool Basketball Hoop: A fun interactive game added to the poolside activities. Guests had the chance to participate in poolside basketball challenges, adding an extra layer of excitement and competitiveness to the event.
Product Giveaways: Every hour, five lucky patrons received a Hoop Tea product giveaway. This created excitement and urgency, encouraging attendees to stay for the duration of the event and participate in the festivities while promoting product trials.
