The Culture Club team recruited and trained 20 brand ambassadors, providing an in-depth training program and role-specific guidelines. The team established interactive stations within the stadium and tailgate areas, featuring taste tests of new products and equipping ambassadors with branded materials to engage with fans and drive sales. Brand ambassadors encouraged direct interaction with attendees, sharing product insights and collecting real-time feedback to support future marketing efforts.
